[LON-CAPA-admin] server went down

Hi,

Yesterday afternoon, for the first time in 3 years of use, our
lon-capa server went down and did not accept connections. I had to
restart loncontrol services to get the system to accept login again.
http services seemed to be unaffected. Where should I look what might
have happened.

We upgraded to 1.2 a couple of days ago.
