[LON-CAPA-admin] 1.2.1 is definitely faster and has more load capacity

Hi All -- I was bogged down with 1.2.0.  The server crashed 3 times due 
to excessive load.  I have seen significant improvements with 1.2.1.  I 
want to express my appreciation as well.
