[LON-CAPA-admin] Upgrading OS to fedora

I've been running LON-CAPA on a server with the Red Hat 7.3 operating
system.  The installation information you've got posted on your website for
fedora looks to be for new installations of LON-CAPA and fedora.  Do you
have any advice for how to upgrade an existing LON-CAPA system running RH
7.3?  The more details you can give, the better, because my system
administration skills are rudimentary.
