[LON-CAPA-admin] missing answer

Hi Monica,
No, unfortunately I have no good explanation of how this could have
happened, and looks like nobody else answered the posting. It is
certainly puzzling.
I have put it into Bugzilla:

It would help to have the URL of the problem and a screenshot of both
the feedback and the response listing. I assume that the problem was
not edited between the student sending the feedback and you checking
it.
