[LON-CAPA-admin] User priority

	Is there a way to set a higher priority to instructors' actions within
LON-CAPA?  What I'm thinking is that our instructors are competing for CPU
time with all the other students, yet the instructor actions are typically
more demanding.  Is there a way to tell LON-CAPA to execute the processes
instigated by a certain user before doing so for the average student user?
