[LON-CAPA-admin] reply message error

Hi,

I just reply to a student's email and it comes back

Cannot Process request. Somewhere something is broken

Checking the httpd error.log there is a line that says

[Mon Sep  8 11:57:22 2003] [error] Connection refused at 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/Mailer.pm line 266.

Mailer.pm is present. I suspect that sendmail (or some other mailing 
program) is not configured right to allow notification of message via 
e-mail??? How should I fix this?
