Okay I just tried this out on your machine. It looks like the
webserver isn't sending out the contents of
/home/httpd/html/res/adm/includes/londes.js

when it sends out the login screen webpage.

Is your webserver running under the www user id?

Can you check that the www user can get acces to the
/home/httpd/html/res/adm/includes/
directory and specifically the londes.js file?
