I have attached a corrected version (v1.4) of the test_login.pl script

Can you replace the version you have in
loncapa-0.99.3/loncom/build/weblayer_test

with the attached one and run the test again?

Can you try logging in again and then send me the lonc.log lond.log
and lonnet.log files in /home/httpd/perl/logs?
