Sorry I am working on getting a 0.99.3 release ready, and mistyped,

Do what I suggested but in the loncapa-0.99.2 directory

You might want to also delete the file
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005//capa.so
and
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005//capa.pm

Before doing the UPDATE run.

If that still doesn't work,

Send me the output of 

ls -la /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/
ls -la /home/httpd/lib/perl/
find /usr/lib/perl5/ | grep capa
