Delete everything in

loncapa-0.99.3/CAPA/pProj/LONCAPA
loncapa-0.99.3/loncom/homework/caparesponse/CapaFunctions

And delete
loncapa-0.99.3/loncom/homework/caparesponse/capa.so


Run UPDATE and try to restart the webserver.


(This will remove the rh 7.3 object files and the capa.so, and cause
them to get rebuilt for rh 8.0 (rh 8.0 include a multithreaded perl
5.8.0 versus rh7.3 5.6.1, I will to start shipping a loncapa.tar.gz
for both rh8 and rh7.3)
