Can you grab the tth.so at http://install.loncapa.org/resources/rh8/

To replace the one in loncapa-0.99.2/modules/TexConvert/tthperl

And the installed one?

Apache 2 and mod_perl 2(1.99.x) work together

And Apache 1.X and modperl 1 work together.


And mod_perl 2 is not yet done enough for Lon-CAPA to work in.
