[LON-CAPA-admin] LON-CAPA-systemperl screwup

Hi Martin,

Everything is probably okay on your system.  The only difference
was, as you guessed, improper labelling of the version inside the
RPM.

The RPM on the ftp install.lon-capa.org site was already fixed,
yet this fix did not make it to
     http://install.lon-capa/resources/LON-CAPA-systemperl-3.5-rh7.i386.rpm.

I have now fixed all the rh7 systemperl rpm copies on the server.
