[LON-CAPA-admin] ntp configuration

ntp is not working on my machine after I installed 7.3. I thought that
all I needed to do was to add some servers to ntp.conf and then start
ntpd. This is what I did, (and I configured ntsysv to start ntpd at
bootup). ntpd is running on the system, but the clock is still a little
off. I'm not sure why this is not working?? Is there something else 
I need to configure?
